These terms define how you may use ICone Academy. Our goal is a clear relationship: you understand what the platform offers, what you are responsible for, and how subscriptions, content, and support work.
1. About the service
ICone Academy is a B2B platform for formulation, production, ingredients, suppliers, purchasing, and related technical modules for food and ice cream businesses. Access requires an active account, valid subscription, and permissions assigned in the workspace.
2. Account, access, and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration data and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials and controlling workspace access.
- Actions by authorized users may generate audit records.
- Suspicious, improper, or unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
3. Your content and intellectual property
Recipes, ingredients, technical sheets, documents, and other content you upload remain yours. ICone Academy receives only the authorization needed to host, process, display, and protect that content while providing the service.
The software, brand, interface, documentation, and platform materials belong to ICone Academy or its licensors. They may not be copied, resold, or used beyond these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- Send malware, illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other third-party rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or workspaces without authorization.
- Bypass technical limits, security mechanisms, billing, or permissions.
We may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts when needed to protect users, third parties, the platform, or meet legal obligations.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Prices, modules, billing cycle, and payment terms are shown before purchase.
- Plans may renew automatically according to the payment method chosen.
- Cancellation is available in the logged-in area under Profile and Subscription.
- Charges already collected, refunds, and timelines follow the purchase terms and applicable law.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform stable and secure, but digital services may experience outages, maintenance, third-party unavailability, or events beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, ICone Academy's total liability is limited to amounts paid by the customer in the last 12 months.
7. Privacy and copyright
Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Copyright complaints may be submitted through the DMCA process.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. When consumer protection law requires a specific forum, that rule will be respected.
