What happens before and after the code.
Who is eligible for the benefit?
Gusto Brasil customer companies that accumulate BRL 2,000 or more in purchases within the same calendar month, subject to manual validation.
Is approval automatic?
No. ICone consultants check whether the purchases are linked to the provided CNPJ before linking the code.
How long is the code valid?
The code can be used once and remains valid for up to 30 days after it is issued.
Do I need a new code every month?
No. The benefit runs in 30-day cycles. The team reviews eligibility and renews approved access without requiring another code.
My company already has an ICone account. Can we participate?
Yes. If the workspace is eligible and has no incompatible benefit, its owner can activate the code in the account subscription area.
Who should activate the benefit?
The code must be activated by the owner of the workspace that will receive ICone Maestro.
