To operate ICone Academy, some data may be processed by specialized providers. This page summarizes sharing categories without exposing internal technical details that are not needed for transparency.

1. Why we share data

We share data only when necessary to provide the service, process payments, send communications, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or improve platform reliability.

2. Provider categories

  • Infrastructure and storage: hosting, databases, files, and resources needed to keep the platform available.
  • Operational communication: transactional email, authentication, account notices, billing, and support.
  • Payments and billing: charge processing, tax identification, payment status, and related documents.
  • Security and stability: technical logs, error analysis, abuse investigation, and misuse protection.
  • Public lookups and validation: resources used to validate user-provided data such as address or tax ID, when applicable.
  • Meta and WhatsApp: message delivery and receipt, phone number, profile name, delivery states, and media sent by the contact.
  • OpenAI: processing only the text strictly needed for Bella to reply and qualify the contact; phone numbers and attachments are not sent to the model.
  • Google Analytics: consent-based measurement of visits, campaign sources, and conversion events; known personal query parameters are removed or redacted before transmission.

3. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Brazil. When that happens, we use contracts, security controls, and measures compatible with applicable law to reduce risk and protect data subject rights.

4. Use limits

  • Providers receive only the data needed for their role.
  • Access is limited by contract, security controls, and defined purpose.
  • We do not sell personal data of users or customers.
  • Sensitive infrastructure data, credentials, and internal details are not published.
  • WhatsApp conversations are not sold, used by ICone for training, or used for campaigns or remarketing at this stage.
